Where Breath, Body, and Voice Become Music

VOICEWORKS

In this workshop we will cultivate the skills and practices that support spontaneous music-making with the voice.

You will meld intuition and invention with craft and heart while developing greater confidence in melody, harmony, rhythm, vocal tone, texture, and technique. Within a safe and supportive circle of singers, you will deepen the art of listening while discovering—or rediscovering—your own unique sound.

The inspiration for this workshop

comes from my work and mentorship with Bobby McFerrin and Rhiannon.

Where Breath, Body, and Voice Become Music

VOICE CAMP

Join Laura for a dynamic workshop exploring the principles of functional voice and breathing coordination in a practical, experiential way.

Through guided exercises, discussion, and

masterclass-style coaching, participants will discover how the voice and breathing mechanism function and how greater coordination can support more freedom, ease, and efficiency in singing. In a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment, participants will be invited to

explore, experiment, ask questions, and learn together.

Whether you choose to participate from the floor or the front of the room, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your instrument and practical tools to support your singing.

It was unconventional, to say the least!
